Job summary

T.E.A.M. Student Care centres offer after-school care for primary school children in a nurturing, home-like environment with classrooms, pantry, shower, and dining halls.

The Fernvale centre expansion requires a candidate with excellent classroom management for Primary 1, capable of coaching English, Math and/or Chinese. This is a permanent position with full staff benefits after probation and a 5-day work week, with flexible hours between 12:30pm and 7:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Primary 1 classroom to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Ability to coach English, Math and/or Chinese to primary students.
• Permanent position with full staff benefits after probation.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare Chinese / English and Mathematics lesson plans and activities aligned with learning objectives.
• Monitor children's health, safety, and hygiene during centre time.
• Communicate daily with parents and update on academic progress via the TEAM App.
• Collaborate with Management and colleagues as a team player.

Our new centre at Fernvale Road is expanding. We are looking for candidate suitable for Primary 1 with excellent classroom management skills. Capable to coach English, Math &/or Chinese. Permanent job (not suitable for candidate looking for short term work). After probation confirmation, candidate enjoys full staff benefits (Annual Leave, Medical Leave/HL, medical claims etc).

5-day work week (Monday to Friday, Closed on Public Holidays). Choice of flexible shorter work hours depending on your study or family commitments, working between 1230pm to 730pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and prepare Chinese / English and Mathematics lesson plans and activities that align with learning objectives and promote a safe learning environment
2. Monitor children's health, safety, and hygiene consistently during their time at the centre to ensure well-being
3. Communicate daily with parents and through the TEAM App to update on children's academic progress and well-being
4. Team-player to work closely with Management and colleagues.
