Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. Woodleigh centre is seeking a qualified educator to support primary students. The role focuses on guiding students through daily homework, tracking progress, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.

You’ll collaborate with parents, prepare teaching resources, and deliver enrichment activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from Monday to Friday, with a 5.5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 2 years of teaching experience for primary students.
• Strong communication with parents and colleagues.
• Ability to keep accurate progress records and tailor instruction.

Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class following centre policies.
• Guide primary school children (P1–P5) to complete daily homework.
• Maintain records of progress and address educational needs individually.
• Prepare and upkeep teaching resources and classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and parents.
• Deliver enrichment programmes.
• Ensure student safety, including safe arrival and supervision on premises.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as directed by Centre Director.

• Working Hours-Monday to Friday 1030am to 7pm- Saturday 9.30amto1.30pm
• Salary : $2,800 - $3,600

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct unique enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
