Job Responsibilities:

  • Implemented class programs in line with centre policies, guidelines, and educational philosophy.
  • Supervised and guided Primary 1–6 students to ensure completion of daily homework and academic tasks.
  • Monitored and documented children’s learning progress, addressing individual educational and developmental needs.
  • Prepared and maintained teaching materials, classroom layout, and a conducive learning environment.
  • Built and maintained positive relationships with students and parents to support holistic development.
  • Conducted unique enrichment programmes to enhance students’ learning experience.
  • Served as an inspiring role model, promoting creativity and a positive “Champion” mindset.
  • Ensured students’ safety and timely transfer between school and student centre.
  • Maintained a safe and secure environment for all children within the centre.
  • Performed additional ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Director.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification with at least 2 years of experience teaching primary school students.
