Job description

Job Description:

1. Assist in the development and updating of School Care manuals.
2. Gather feedback and conduct research and development on course/training curriculum based on training assignments.
3. Provide professional support and training to fellow team members.
4. Collaborate with the school head to identify, source, and implement programs, projects, and activities, such as holiday workshops.
5. Monitor and manage student dropout rates, waiting lists, intakes, and studio facilities while staying informed about industry developments.
6. Attend all meetings and seminars as required.
7. Address operational personnel issues related to School Care curriculum.
8. Conduct Data Analysis (DAs) as necessary.
9. Offer advice and consultations to parents and students regarding Student Care issues.
10. Continuously gather feedback and conduct research and development on course/training curriculum based on training assignments.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Experience: Prior experience in teaching or caring for children in an educational setting is preferred.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil, is advantageous.
3. Passion: Display a genuine passion for working with children and promoting their holistic development.
4. Communication: Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Patience: Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with children of different ages and needs.
