Job Description:
- Assist in the development and updating of School Care manuals.
- Gather feedback and conduct research and development on course/training curriculum based on training assignments.
- Provide professional support and training to fellow team members.
- Collaborate with the school head to identify, source, and implement programs, projects, and activities, such as holiday workshops.
- Monitor and manage student dropout rates, waiting lists, intakes, and studio facilities while staying informed about industry developments.
- Attend all meetings and seminars as required.
- Address operational personnel issues related to School Care curriculum.
- Conduct Data Analysis (DAs) as necessary.
- Offer advice and consultations to parents and students regarding Student Care issues.
- Continuously gather feedback and conduct research and development on course/training curriculum based on training assignments.
Other Responsibilities:
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching or caring for children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil, is advantageous.
- Passion: Display a genuine passion for working with children and promoting their holistic development.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience: Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with children of different ages and needs.
