Job summary

PlayFACTO School is seeking engaged individuals to join our Singapore centre to support primary students in social-emotional growth and to deliver our character development programs and enrichment activities.

The role involves supervising Primary 1–6, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and liaising with parents while assisting with basic admin and communications. Open houses and events participation is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and conflict resolution to guide social-emotional growth.
• Deliver and execute PlayFACTO's character development programs and enrichment activities.
• Supervise Primary 1–6 students and ensure timely completion of daily homework and spelling.
• Maintain high safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at the centre premises.
• Liaise with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and milestones.
• Handle admin tasks including newsletters, student updates, parent communications, and fee/form collection.
• Support centre growth through open houses, school events, and handling walk-in inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Head.
