Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Student Care cum Customer Service Assistant. The role involves supporting hostel operations, ensuring student safety, and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates must have relevant experience and be available to work weekends. A basic First Aid certification is advantageous. This position offers a basic salary of $1400 plus commission.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or student care is preferred.
  • Must be able to work six days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the hostel and ensure student safety.
  • Encourage good study habits and social skills among students.
  • Provide feedback to parents on students’ progress.
  • Report incidents and concerns to the Hostel Manager.
  • Accompany students for official documentation and medical attention.
  • Coordinate maintenance services of the hostel.
  • Attend to customer inquiries regarding training services.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the hostel, supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times.
  • Encourage students to develop good study habits, social skills, and personal discipline.
  • Provide feedback to parents on students’ progress and behaviour, when required.
  • Report any incidents, concerns, or irregularities to the Hostel Manager promptly.
  • Accompany students to process official documentations and formalities (such as ICA).
  • Accompany students to seek medical attention when unwell.
  • Coordinate maintenance services of the hostel.
  • Attend to customer enquiries relating to training/enrichment/tuition services at the centre
  • Ad-hoc duties when required
