About the role

We are seeking an experienced Student Care Centre Manager to oversee the operations and management of our student care centre. As the Student Care Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and educational support to students in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position based in Toa Payoh.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing leadership and oversight of the daily operations of the student care centre
  2. Ensuring programmes and activities are conducted as per set curriculum that support the holistic development of students
  3. Mentoring, developing and managing a team of dedicated student care professionals
  4. Fostering strong relationships with parents and schools
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  6. Managing the centre's budget and resources effectively
  7. Continuously improving the quality of service and identifying opportunities for growth
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar student care centre supervisory role
  2. Excellent leadership and people management skills
  3. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  4. Demonstrable experience in implementing engaging educational programmes
  5. Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the student care industry
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Passion for working with and supporting the development of children
