About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Centre Manager to lead our MindSpace after-school care centre. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and has the leadership skills to manage both operations and team performance.

As the Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the centre’s operations.

From daily activities and staff supervision to parent engagement and regulatory compliance. Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage centre staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
