Roles and Responsibility (Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head) :
  • Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
  • Staff supervision and mentoring
  • Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
  • Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self‑motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets
  • Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report,.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director (for Assistant Centre Head)
Requirements (Assistant Centre Head) :
  • Minimum diploma and above
  • Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
