Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Pasir Panjang is seeking a Technical Engineer to support production and sales, handle orders, and provide on-site training.

The role involves addressing technical inquiries, preparing documents, estimates, and collaborating with engineering to meet client requirements. Diploma in Civil/Structural Eng with 1–2 years' experience preferred; training provided; apply via email or portal.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Understanding of structural design principles and engineering calculations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; training provided.

Responsibilities

Address and resolve technical inquiries from customers and consultants.
Provide engineering support to production and sales during pre- and post-sales activities, including preparing technical documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
Deliver on-site training for product installation and conduct routine site evaluations.
Handle and oversee customer orders from initiation to completion.
Contribute to the development of optimized designs—both technically and economically—using structural analysis and relevant engineering standards.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and to promote solutions for future enhancements.
