Job description

• Developing plans, schedules, and quality control processes for projects
• Carry out daily site operations and supervise a team of structural workers
• Overseeing material and labour costs, and staying within budget
• Familiar with steel fabrication and installation
• Able to read and understand structural drawings
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitor structural and rectification works
• Ensuring all safety regulations are followed
Motivating and managing workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and of the highest quality
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Documenting progress and reporting to management
• Trouble-shooting problems and assisting with technical issues
• Able to work for extended hours as per project requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
