Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and plans.
• Prepare for pre-erection reviews and understand erection drawings.
• Coordinate with the crane operator for safe lifting operations.
• Erect, align, and secure steel structures like columns and beams.
• Safely use crane hoisting and lifting equipment to position steel sections.
• Ensure proper sequencing during erection for stability.
• Coordinate with the main contractor to ensure smooth workflow.

Job description

Reading the drawing and plans

Pre erection preparation review and understanding erection drawing and connection details.

Co ordinate with crane operator for safe lifting operation.

Erect, allign secure steel structures like structures / columns / beams / trusses

Use crane hoisting and lifting equipments safely to position steel sections

Ensure correct sequencing of erection to maintain balance and stablity of structures.

Co ordinate with maincon to move the work smoothly
