Job summary

Une entreprise de construction à Singapour recherche un ingénieur civil/structure confirmé pour coordonner la conception et préparer des rapports. Le candidat idéal a au moins 4 ans d’expérience et une formation appropriée en ingénierie. Des compétences en gestion du temps et en communication sont requises. Ce rôle implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des consultants et de respecter les spécifications contractuelles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and detailing with consultants.
• Review and coordinate structural drawings to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed design reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Monitor compliance with contract and specifications.

Job description

Roles And Responsibilites

1. Coordinate design and/or detailing with consultants, develop shop drawings, review of submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines
2. Review and coordinate structural drawings and designs to resolve discrepancies and issues that arise during project execution
3. Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings
4. Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities
5. Monitor and ensure all works carried out in accordance to contract and specifications
6. Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
7. Attend meeting and liaise with Consultants and Contractors
8. Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Possess relevant Degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural)
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
3. Able to work under pressure with good time management skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work independently.
