Qualifications

Pursuing a university degree in Accountancy with demonstrated interest.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze financial information.

Responsibilities

Help clients achieve strategic goals in acquisitions or divestments.
Advise during due diligence to identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions.
Work with EY service teams to deliver integrated client services.
Likely to work on cross-border assignments with EY offices worldwide.
Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and cash flow.
Conduct industry and company research using public information.
Assist in researching technical accounting issues for valuation and structuring.
Develop and maintain productive client relationships.
