Job Title: Strategy & Planning (Manager / Senior Officer)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual management cycle activities including meetings, KPI reviews, and budget planning.
• Develop and implement PR and branding strategies, including internal communications and CSR.
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and manage Global Trader Program (GTP) compliance.
• Contribute to long-term strategy planning and talent development across global teams.
• Liaise with government agencies and lead cross-functional projects to enhance organizational capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese to communicate internally and externally.

Additional Details

Salary: Monthly S$6,000-10,000/month (depends on the experience)

Work Hours: 9:00am – 5:45pm
