Trust Bank Singapore seeks a Strategy Lead to shape the bank's strategic agenda and drive key initiatives across AI adoption, partnerships, and potential M&A. You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff and collaborate with the C-suite and stakeholders across the bank.

You will help communicate the strategic agenda, align long-term goals with OKRs, and prepare materials for boards and investor relations, while championing the bank’s culture in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Extensive years of strategy consulting experience, ideally with focus on retail banking / fintech or combined with retail banking / fintech experience.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers/data, build financial models.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; collaborate across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Help shape our bank-wide strategy, crafting and communicating our strategic agenda to stakeholders.
• Bridge long term strategy and OKRs, driving alignment across the organisation.
• Support or lead key strategic initiatives driven by the CEO Office.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Board and other key stakeholder meetings.
