The Strategy Consultant is a key member of the Distribution Centre of Excellence (DCOE) team, with responsibilities covering division process governance, coordination across the Asia Pacific Distribution (APD) regions and implementation / deployment of best practices within the division. The incumbent will work closely with APD department heads, region and district leaders and global business partners.

This role demands a proactive individual capable of delivering insightful presentations and materials for executive reviews, driving collaboration across different forums, and leading change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, data analysis, developing insights and project management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both regional and global teams.

What You Will Do:
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the APD Metrics Dashboard, in collaboration with Global and APD teams to provide insights, coordinate the annual updating and monthly results inclusion.
  • APD Program Deployer for the Representative Development Program, works in collaboration with Global and APD stakeholders. Responsible for continuously validating the system.
  • APD co-ordinator for the Annual prime product target setting governance process, work with Global, Industry teams, provide summary and updates to the APD team.
  • Lead strategic consulting projects.
  • Design and develop analytical tools, provide business insights to enable team efficiencies and strengthen governance processes (e.g. Digital dashboards, PR, PINS, ARO, Active customers online).
  • Provide leadership team with actionable insights to enhance services growth, focusing on Tier 1 metrics and key enablers. Synthesize data to highlight critical areas for improvement and recommendations.
  • Create and deliver in-depth presentations and briefing materials for executive reviews (Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Executive Office Reviews (EOR)) to facilitate strategic discussions and effective decision‑making.
  • Drive collaboration on key strategic discussions through APD Strategy Forums, ensure alignment across APD.
Skills/Competencies to be Successful in this role:
  • Project Management Skills. Full‑time Six Sigma or CPS experience is strongly desired, leading and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills – Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with regional and global teams.
  • Strong influencing skills in managing stakeholders to drive change and system implementation.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree in Strategy / Business administration or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of operational/marketing/sales experience gained from a broad range of assignments requiring dealer and/or customer contact and interactions is preferred.
Additional Info:
  • This role requires travelling up to 20% of the time.
  • Requires availability (up to) on nights calls 40% of the week.
  • Relocation is not available.
  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
