Job summary

George Fischer Pte Ltd. is seeking a Strategy Translation & Communication professional to translate early-stage strategic ideas into coherent frameworks, and to develop executive presentations and updates for the BU Head.

The role also involves aligning APAC narratives across HQ and MDs, and synthesising inputs from multiple markets into a single regional story. You will design APAC management meetings, establish pre-reads standards, track decisions, and ensure clear communication during periods

Responsibilities

• Draw out and structure BU Head’s early strategic ideas into clear frameworks
• Develop executive strategy presentations and updates for the BU Head
• Align APAC strategy narratives across HQ, MDs and functional heads
• Synthesize inputs from markets into a single regional story
• Act as a thinking partner, structuring content as direction forms
• Design APAC management meetings: agenda, narrative flow and outcomes
• Set standards for pre-reads and consolidate inputs into one pack
• Track decisions and follow-through between meetings
• Ensure rhythm and purpose in regional leadership forums
• Follow rollout status of key initiatives with a regional progress view
• Work with MDs on scorecards; identify gaps and adjustments
• Consolidate updates and blockers to the BU Head
• Communicate strategic priorities across APAC clearly
• Prepare workshops and presentations for senior, cross-functional audiences
• Keep stakeholders aligned during periods of change
• Provide on-message materials for HQ and regional audiences
• Coordinate information across markets and functions for the BU Head
• Maintain a single source of truth for regional strategy materials
• Support ad hoc analysis for cross-country initiatives

Job description

Strategy Translation & Communication

• Draw out, structure and sharpen the BU Head's early-stage strategic ideas into coherent frameworks and narratives
• Develop executive-level presentations, strategy documents and business updates for the BU Head
• Together with the Sales Enablement team, build a consistent narrative standard for how APAC's strategy is presented up to HQ and down to MDs and functional heads
• Synthesise inputs from multiple markets and functions into a single, coherent regional story
• Act as a thinking partner- independently structuring content where direction is still forming.

Regional Meeting & Governance

• Design Plan and structure the APAC management meeting and other key leadership forums -agenda, narrative flow and desired outcomes - with the Head BU APAC
• Set and uphold the standard for pre-reads and meeting materials, consolidating inputs into one coherent pack
• Capture decisions and actions, and track follow-through to closure between meetings
• Bring rhythm and structure to how the region's leadership forums run, ensuring each has a clear purpose and line of argument

Strategy Rollout Governance

• Follow up the rollout status of key strategic initiatives across countries, maintaining a clear regional view of progress
• Work closely with MDs on scorecards, identifying gaps and the adjustments needed during implementation
• Consolidate implementation updates and consolidate decisions and blockers to the BU Head

Change & Communication Support

• Support clear, consistent communication of strategic priorities across the APAC organisation
• Help prepare workshops, leadership sessions and presentations for senior and cross-functional audiences
• Assist in keeping stakeholders aligned and informed through periods of change
• Support the BU Head in preparing engaging, on-message materials for HQ and regional audiences

Cross-market Coordination & Support

• Coordinate information and follow-ups across markets and functions to support the BU Head
• Maintain a single source of truth for regional strategy materials and meeting records
• Support ad hoc analysis and preparation for cross-country initiatives as directed by the BU Head
