This role is about building and managing a Product Management community within the company
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Create initiatives, content, and online platforms to keep the Product Management community active and engaged.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate workshops, training sessions, networking events, and forums, handling all logistics and coordination.
- Tracking & Engagement Outcome: Streamline administrative processes, track engagement metrics, manage budgets and reporting, and maintain channels to ensure smooth delivery of community programmes and initiatives.
- Content & Communication: Support the development of newsletters, event materials, and other communications in collaboration with leadership and community members to identify relevant topics and learning opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
- 3–5 years in community management, events, communications, or program management.
- Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmes.
Skills Needed
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with project management tools, digital platforms, and basic data analysis.
- Curious about trends in product management to create relevant programs.
Salary range : S$4,000.00 – S$6,000.00
