This role is about building and managing a Product Management community within the company

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Create initiatives, content, and online platforms to keep the Product Management community active and engaged.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate workshops, training sessions, networking events, and forums, handling all logistics and coordination.
  • Tracking & Engagement Outcome: Streamline administrative processes, track engagement metrics, manage budgets and reporting, and maintain channels to ensure smooth delivery of community programmes and initiatives.
  • Content & Communication: Support the development of newsletters, event materials, and other communications in collaboration with leadership and community members to identify relevant topics and learning opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
  • 3–5 years in community management, events, communications, or program management.
  • Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmes.
