Job summary

The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) invites applicants for an SPFD officer role. Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies and plans aligned to MCCY Family priorities.
• Communicate plans and transformation strategies to internal and external partners.
• Monitor, evaluate governance and risk, and intervene to improve results.
• Provide change management support during strategy implementation.
• Use data-driven insights to inform policy and programme development.
• Collaborate with MCCY agencies to plan and conduct tabletop exercises.
