Job summary

Deloitte Singapore T&T Pte. Ltd. seeks a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead Operations Transformation projects in the Consumer Business sector.

You will partner with clients across SEA to shape strategy, drive value, and implement turning points in business operations. The role requires deep consulting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel locally and abroad as project assignments demand.

Qualifications

• MBA program or equivalent business qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from a well ranked institution.
• 15+ years of experience in strategic or operations planning/consulting within Consumer Business.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to delivering scope of work.
• Lead team problem solving and contribute ideas to client issues.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of work products.
• Assess operating models, structures, and processes to streamline delivery.
• Assist in proposal development as required.
• Develop leadership and consulting skills through mentoring and client interaction.
