Job summary

A leading cable manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking a Tender Specialist on a 6-month contract for maternity cover. The role involves planning and producing bids, providing timely responses to sales requests, and supporting compliance and tender evaluations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in SAP, and a degree in Engineering or related fields. This position aims to enhance competitive pricing and manage handover processes for projects.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in Proposals Management, Sales Operations or Sales Support.
• Preferably from EPC or project business, similar to oil and gas or construction/OEM industry.
• Experienced in a multi-national company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan & produce bids/tenders for products.
• Provide timely responses to Sales’ quotation requests.
• Support Tender risk assessments from evaluation to submission.
• Ensure compliance with company’s policy and procedures.
• Work with internal stakeholders for competitive pricing.
• Manage the handover process to project managers.
