• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts: forecasting, planning, logistics

Responsibilities

• Work with customers on production forecasts and orders with Venture factory program team to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage supply and demand, linking customers and Venture factories
• Work with factories to manage material inventories and risk; escalate and resolve issues
• Design, develop and establish metrics to monitor and drive growth and performance
• Champion Product Life Cycle Management and ISO requirements
• Drive cost reductions across the supply chain through supplier management and lean initiatives
• Develop quality metrics to ensure product quality and coordinate with stakeholders on issue resolution
• Involved in pricing quotations and negotiations with customers
• Provide leadership in resolving customer issues
