• Serve as the primary contact for referred SME clients.
• Guide clients throughout the loan process—from application to approval.
• Conduct preliminary financial assessments of SMEs before submission.
• Structure loan proposals aligned with company policies.
• Manage a portfolio of SME borrowers, monitor loan performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure follow‑ups and recovery.
