Aufgaben

• Handle allocated vessels for procurement arrangement.
• Work closely with Superintendent Engineer for procurement and supply.
• Maintain records of all requisitions received from vessels.
• Coordinate with Superintendent Engineer on requisitions.
• Initiate enquiries with approved suppliers.
• Make price comparison and present data for approval.
• Generate Purchase Orders and send to suppliers.
• Arrange dispatch of stores/spares with urgency.
