Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to support supplier management, sourcing, NPI and supply chain improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-mix semiconductor environment.

Candidates with experience across Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Planning, NPI, Program Management or Factory Engineering are preferred. You will align supplier selection with global supply strategy and manage key suppliers to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, commodity management, strategic sourcing, NPI or related function.
• Experience in a contract manufacturing or high-mix semiconductor environment or relevance.

Responsibilities

• Align supplier selection with global supply strategy and approved supplier list.
• Manage key suppliers and outsource partners across performance, cost, capacity, transfers and launches.
• Establish and manage sourcing contracts and supply agreements covering capacity, cost, service levels and commercial requirements.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs and improvement actions.
• Ensure supplier capacity and forecasts support business requirements, including end-of-life planning.
• Manage DDMRP, Kanban and safety stock programs, including ERP setup, replenishment parameters, forecasts and supplier performance.
• Resolve supply and delivery issues while mitigating commercial and supply risks.
• Lead supply chain improvement and optimization projects across the organization.
• Drive resolution of complex supply chain issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
• Support NPI and product transfers by coordinating sourcing, material requirements, PO tracking and supply readiness.
• Coordinate ECO impact assessment and implementation across the supply chain.
• Develop mitigation plans for capacity, material, lead-time and supply risks, including safety stock, VMI and Kanban.
• Drive supplier cost reduction and value-chain optimization initiatives.
