Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Unit Leader.
  • Manage holidays and sickness for Senior Management Team.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the Business Unit Leader.
  • Guide and support other Business Unit Coordinators.
  • Assist with sales opportunities and production of sales literature.
  • Ensure communication of business policies.
  • Arrange Contract Review Meetings and manage reporting.
