Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in training and education.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Knowledge of Singapore's training landscape, including government grants and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve course enrolment targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
• Act as an ambassador for the Singapore Red Cross humanitarian mission.

Skills
