Job summary

The National Library Board (NLB) invites applications for a role in advanced stakeholder management, data analytics and strategic resource planning. You will engage divisions on resource planning, develop dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to support long-term planning and strategic outcomes.

The successful applicant will join the Finance & Procurement Administration Division on a 2-year contract basis, contributing to governance, analytical rigour and evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning or business partnering.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with interest in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel with ability to develop data insights and visualisation.
  • Ability to link financial resources to strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent English with presentation and communication skills.
  • Team player with good business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data-driven monitoring systems and dashboard development.
  • Lead data storytelling and presentation to transform complex financial information into compelling narratives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for resource allocation based on analysis.
  • Transform complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics linking resource utilisation to strategic outcomes.
