Qualifications

• 3+ years production planning in precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily/weekly production schedules for CNC machining/assembly lines.
• Optimize machine utilization by balancing work orders vs. capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement on raw material availability.
• Track OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance.
• Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings.
