Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Senior Product Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end product and software delivery across the full lifecycle, from inception to post go-live support. This role leads projects, justifies initiatives, evaluates POCs, and ensures regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and uphold delivery excellence in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Financial Engineering.
• Has at least 8 years of Project Management experience with IT application development projects.
• Prior experience in proposal preparation, vendor evaluation, selection and management.
• Proven ability to interact with various business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors effectively.
• Experience in project plans, milestones, measures, budgets, resource and time management.
• Experience in working with Agile development principles & teams.
• Good understanding of the technology landscape and the various types of technology (AI, Robotics, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IoT).
• Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus.
• Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Lead product transformation initiatives by guiding cross-functional teams to deliver within scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Engage and align business and technical stakeholders, facilitating regular planning sessions, reviews, and governance meetings.
• Partner with engineering teams and manage multi-vendor collaboration to ensure delivery stays on track and resolve blockers.
• Ensure all product deliverables comply with regulatory, security, governance, and quality standards.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, business, and external partners.
• Oversee release planning, implementation governance, operational readiness, deployment, and post-production stabilisation.
• Serve as a Scrum Master where required, driving Agile practices and team maturity.
• Monitor product delivery health by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, budgets, and resources.
• Champion continuous improvement by optimizing delivery processes and customer value.
• Provide transparent updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and changes.
