Job summary

A prominent procurement firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to oversee purchasing activities and manage supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement for the facilities management and construction sectors. Strong negotiation skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with the Doxa System will be advantageous. The role demands immediate availability and includes responsibilities such as monitoring budgets and collaborating with different teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement in facilities management and construction sector.
• Familiarity with the Doxa System is an added advantage.
• Good negotiation skills and able to establish good rapport with suppliers.
• Capable of multitasking and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchasing activities and approve Purchase Orders (PO).
• Source, compare, select and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
• Monitor and control purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational requirements.
