• Evaluate bids and organize technical and commercial clarifications with vendors.
• Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation reports for vendor shortlisting and selection.
• Clarify requisitions with user departments on specs, quality, quantity and delivery requirements.
• Recommend substitutions to achieve cost savings or improved delivery.
• Prepare and manage purchase contracts with clear specs and terms.
