Overview

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to join CDG Zig’s Supply team, focusing on driver supply planning and optimization. This role is pivotal in ensuring a healthy and sustainable driver ecosystem by analyzing supply trends, designing incentive programmes, and driving strategic initiatives that improve driver retention and availability.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze driver supply trends across different driver groups, ride types, geographies, and time periods.

  • Monitor key supply health metrics such as number of active drivers, online hours, acceptance rates, productivity and churn.

  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance and surface insights for decision-making.

  • Design and evaluate driver incentive schemes to improve supply during peak demand periods or in underserved areas.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Driver Operations to ensure incentive budgets are optimized for ROI.

  • Track effectiveness of incentives and iterate based on performance data.

  • Lead and support strategic initiatives such as supply repositioning, heatmap-based forecasting, and driver segmentation.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Marketing to implement supply-related pilots and scale successful programmes.

  • Extract and manipulate data from internal warehouses using SQL and other tools.

  • Build predictive models to forecast driver supply needs based on demand projections and historical patterns.

  • Support scenario planning and simulations for supply-demand balancing.

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports on driver supply performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning, operations strategy, and/ or data analytics, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or tech platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with statistical modeling or forecasting techniques is a plus.

  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.

  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.

  • Strong communicator who can translate data into business impact.

  • Collaborative team player with stakeholder management experience.
