Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy qualification with hospital experience.
• Managerial experience with supervision and people leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management and product life cycle management.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the procurement and lifecycle of strategic pharmaceutical supplies.
• Identify vulnerabilities in pharmaceutical supply chains and develop continuity options.
• Develop new frameworks and operating models aligning with policy objectives.
• Support demand planning, inventory monitoring, replenishment, deployment and disposal of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, logistics providers and public healthcare institutions to ensure compliance with contractual, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support management of product shortages, recalls, quality issues and supply disruptions with stakeholder engagement.
