• Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Guide implementation of capability development programmes.
• Oversee UTR!’s public communications and engagement strategies.
• Drive UTR!’s transition efforts towards new company structure.
• Lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
