A leading FinTech company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Partner Success Specialist to support and grow its partner network. You will build strong relationships, drive partner onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner experiences. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and a strong customer-first mindset. This role involves monitoring performance and contributing to business growth and improvement strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management or partner/customer success.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or payments preferred.
  • Ability to engage with regional partners in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key partners and merchants.
  • Drive partner onboarding, training, and enablement.
  • Serve as primary contact for partner inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless experience.
  • Monitor partner performance and share insights.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Support partners in payment or operational issues.
  • Contribute to partner retention strategies.
  • Participate in partner events and presentations.
