Job summary

Maybell Quantum is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our high-caliber business operations team. You will work directly with leadership, shaping strategic direction, analyzing new markets, and building a scalable supply chain for our quantum hardware.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in top-tier management consulting, exceptional presentation and data visualization skills, and a passion for emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading institution.
• 2–3 years of top-tier management consulting experience.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Interest in emerging technologies.
• Hardware/deep tech/quantum experience not required but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level projects from concept to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Create board materials, memos, and investor communications.
• Coordinate with US headquarters and leadership across time zones.
• Manage schedules, travel, and escalation beyond US hours.
• Identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Develop financial models and business cases for partnerships and new markets.
• Support due diligence for commercial agreements.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis for strategic guidance.
• Help define long-term strategic roadmap aligning product, commercial, and operations.
