1-Net is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support its IT Services, including Cloud and DC services. The role involves designing network and firewall deployments, implementing best practices for data center security, and ensuring high availability through monitoring and patching.

You will manage operation issues, administer routers/switches, VPN, and related security devices, while documenting procedures and aligning with SOPs. Strong Linux/Windows experience and CCNA are required.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Computer/IT field.
• CCNA or equivalent required.
• ITIL v3/v4 preferred.
• Experience with networking devices and security.
• OS: RH Linux/CentOS/Ubuntu/Windows Server.
• Cloud virtualization knowledge (AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, OpenStack).
• Understanding of cloud/enterprise networking and security best practices.
• English proficiency in spoken and written form.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support IT services including cloud and DC services.
• Design, architect and deploy network and firewall solutions.
• Implement firewall best practices for data center security.
• Monitor performance, perform maintenance, and patch systems.
• Troubleshoot IT operational issues and handle change requests.
• Administer network infrastructure: routers, switches, VPN, endpoints.
• Document diagnoses, resolutions, and configurations.
• Source for better IT solutions to boost efficiency and growth.
• Follow SOPs and participate in security/compliance certifications.
