Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Singapore seeks a seasoned MPS Control Manager to lead Master Production Scheduling, translating demand into executable plans and aligning capacity, inventory, and supply chain capabilities.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial teams to maximize service levels and minimize costs while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM
• APICS CSCP
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Production Scheduling across sites and business units.
• Translate demand forecasts and customer requirements into production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, and materials to meet service goals.
• Monitor production performance and drive corrective actions.
• Drive monthly S&OP and IBP processes and improvements.
• Lead a team of production schedulers and inventory controllers.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality.
