GaiGai Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager to be the first contact for clients seeking matchmaking services. You will build and nurture client relationships, manage the sales process, hit quotas, and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.

You should enjoy connecting with new people, with a passion for sales, and work within a fast-growing offline dating agency under the Paktor Group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in B2C sales, preferably in consultative or service-based industries.
• Experience generating leads for personal sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing abilities.
• Strategic mindset with ability to plan sales processes, segment leads, and close high-value clients.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle objections.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Outreach: Prospect for new clients via social media channels and events.
• Lead Qualification and Sales Strategy: Qualify new clients via referrals and leads; develop a strategic sales plan.
• Consultative Sales and Client Profiling: Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand goals and present tailored packages.
• Client Relationship Management and After-Sales Service: Nurture relationships and coordinate with operations for service delivery.
• Sales Quota and Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed quotas; maintain pipeline and reports.
