You will ensure the quality performance of suppliers, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team of quality engineers across Asia. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with expertise in quality management systems and strong analytical skills to mitigate risks and enhance supplier performance.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry focused on supplier quality management.
• In-depth knowledge of international quality management systems like ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager or Six Sigma Black Belt are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality performance of suppliers to protect customer and revenue.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage multi-national supplier quality engineers to meet quality goals.
