Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience including people & project management skills.
• Experience in developing L&D strategy for Bancassurance.
• Excellent track record in project management & delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the development of L&D strategy for Partnership Distribution.
• Design and deploy L&D programs and infrastructure.
• Conduct L&D sessions for senior leaders and key participants.
