Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the financial services or government sectors, and must possess strong expertise in AIOps, ITSM, and ITOM solutions. Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage at the executive level are essential. This role offers an opportunity to lead strategic conversations and deliver measurable value to clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Government sector.
  • Proficiency in AIOps / ITSM / ITOM solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite interaction.
  • Strong business and analytical skills with client-driven focus.
  • Effective relationship management in diverse environments.
  • Fluent in English, basic conversational Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Develop Strategic Account Plans for Major Accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets by engaging with potential customers.
  • Manage opportunities pipeline and sales forecasting.
  • Provide consultative sales expertise regarding IT Operations strategy.
  • Create tailored technical presentations and business proposals.
  • Engage with customer executives to understand their business strategy.
  • Identify strategies to deliver measurable value and satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic conversations and secure client buy-in.
