Zusammenfassung

SeaMoney seeks an experienced IT Compliance & Risk professional to drive regulatory compliance across IT, engage with tech stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop critical security processes. The role also manages audits and leads a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have extensive banking/financial IT audit experience and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure robust IT risk posture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, technology or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant banking/financial industry experience with prior team management.
• Strong leadership skills to sustain a high-performing and motivated team.
• Knowledge and expertise of industry Information Security Standards and certifications (ISO 27001, NIST, CISSP, PCI DSS or equivalent); SOX 404 knowledge a plus
• IT audit background in banking / financial industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels including senior partners.
• Strong ability to run multiple tasks concurrently with priority and delivery timelines.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Effectively work with cross-functional teams to drive compliance to local IT regulatory expectations by understanding requirements and engaging with Business, Operations, CISO, IT teams, compliance and local management.
• Engage with technology stakeholders to identify risks at a detailed level, design/implement risk mitigations and drive remediation.
• Develop security/tech processes for assets, cloud infra, secure development, and vendor assessments.
• Manage audit/regulatory reviews including coordination, communications, and actions with auditors, regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the team to achieve outcomes and build a high-performing team.
