Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.
• Prior experience in mergers & acquisition and/or investment monitoring is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment assessments and financial analyses for risk management.
• Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks for clear visibility on investments.
• Prepare board papers and presentations to assist decision-making.

Skills

Education
