Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Purchaser to manage inventory orders and logistics. You will plan orders, process documentation, and support inventory functions. Candidates should possess a Professional Certificate in Logistics Management and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This full-time role requires working Monday to Friday, with a salary range of $2,500 to $2,800.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule orders to fulfil the inventory.
  • Process Purchase Orders and documentation.
  • Assist in operations and inventory control matters.
  • Support inventory and logistics functions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate transporting, stacking and shipping activities.
  • Manage warehouse and lay down area.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department on inventory shortfalls or late deliveries.
