Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with the R&D team, ensuring effective talent management and development strategies. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Mandarin. The ideal candidate will engage in performance management, leadership development, and HR operations while working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking students and counterparts.

Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and enhance learning programmes.
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders.
  • Lead performance management and talent review cycles.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
