Job summary

A reputable nonprofit organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to drive organizational culture, talent development, and people operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. You will lead recruitment processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee development initiatives. Competitive salary starting at S$4500 and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Function.
  • At least 3 years in a Supervisory Function.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of HR plans and alignment with goals.
  • Lead end-to-end talent processes: recruitment to offboarding.
  • Conduct salary reviews and develop reward programmes.
  • Drive L&D initiatives for high-potential employees.
  • Maintain performance management and disciplinary procedures.
