Job description
  • Oversees the overall human resource functions, routine salary / payroll process and benefits administration tasks, cost management and human resource activities.
  • Formulate and implement company’s policies and procedures.
  • Develop manpower plans; conduct interview / selection of executive employees.
  • Investigates and advises both management and employees on HR matters, preparing reports and/or proposals as required.
  • Manage and develop Staff Performance Management and address Organisation Development (OD) issues.
  • Administers budget and cost expenditure for annual increment and bonuses; participate in career development / career pathing issues and staff promotions.
  • Cost & Budget Management and Management Reports
  • Obtain staff feedback, provide coaching and administer / develop staff incentives’ program
  • Industrial relations management – handle matters pertaining to Collective Agreements, annual increment and bonus discussions to reach an agreement with the Union branch officials.
  • Software knowledge : Unit 4 Prosoft
